- your assurance that your property inspection is already completed and you have decided to move forward with the transaction
- good contact information for you and the seller [name, phone, email & address]
- good identification of the property you are purchasing [address & tax map number or deed recording reference]
- a copy of your sales agreement if you are using one
- good contact information for your mortgage lender, if applicable
What we need to process your REFINANCE title insurance order:
- your assurance that the appraisal is already completed and you have decided to move forward with the transaction
- good contact information for you and your mortgage lender [name, phone, email & address]
- good identification of the property you are refinancing [address & tax map number or deed recording reference]
Allow approximately 10 days for the title insurance commitment delivery. We'll email you a copy to review prior to your closing so you have a chance to ask questions.
